With its team of professionals, it has expertise in building design, landscape design, interior design, sustainable development, urban planning and Master planning.  Its activities cover Architectural & Interior Design projects of Residential, commercial, Industrial, corporate offices, recreational, Institutional buildings, Hospitals, Health clubs, Hotels, Resorts, Amusement Parks, Stadium Projects & Sports complex. The firm handles total design services for Architectural & Interior design, M&E including associated services and project managements, as per client’s requirements & is familiar with local and International codes, regulations, Financial pattern of Projects, Liaison work and seeking approvals from statutory authorities. The firm also handles Turnkey Projects as per Client’s requirements. The firm operates under the able Direction of Founder & Principal Architect, Ar. Sharad K. Sharma (M.Arch.) who personally ensures maintenance of high standard of design from the Aesthetic & utility point of view, conversant with the latest trends in the construction, design operation and economics of construction project & contract administration.

The firm benefits from its strong human resource of over more than 20 qualified Architects & Interior Designers, Project Engineers/ Finance & Admin Personnel. Our duties encompass the entire gamut of activities from conceptualization to realization. our firm believes in the multidisciplinary approach.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY: Architecture has usually been defined as the art of the building. It is an art, made for people and is a major expression of culture. The Architect today is both an artist and an engineer, who must combine knowledge of design and construction and the available resources in labour techniques & materials to produce a harmonious and functional work. Today the Architect plans both the aesthetics and the construction of his building in a highly conscious manner, often deliberately attempting to communicate artistic concepts and abstract ideas through inner spaces and structure itself. Another important aspect of our design philosophy is to keep project costs within the budget of the client, without compromises in design. Concept Architects is currently involved in a large number of projects in the Rajasthan, NCR, Maharashtra and Tamilnadu region, majorly in the Chennai, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Pune, Nagpur,  Jaipur, Jodhpur, Gurugram,  Bhiwadi, Bharatpur and Alwar districts.

• Conducting pre-design research and analysis.
• Conceptualization and design development.
• Conducting three dimensional studies and analysis of building design.
• Preparing working drawings, specifications and details.
• Coordinating different agencies involved, such as structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC services, Specialized consultants like tendering, quantities, project management etc. as well as experts in landscape, Interiors, Pools, etc.
• Conducting site inspections/Supervision, team management and quality checks.
